A friend of mine introduced me to Bryan Johnson’s and his work at blueprint. A couple of things that I would like to highlight:

  1. Bryan is spending (according to him) 2M per year following blueprint’s regime and sharing it for free. You can see his diet, supplements, training and other details of his journey. There’s also a YouTube channel with more details.
  2. The amount of discipline and commitment necessary to follow such strict protocol. If one is to believe what he says, he follows this every day, independently if it is his birthday, or other responsibilities (e.g. travelling). A strict diet of 2k calories, ingesting more than 100 pills and going to sleep every day at the same time is tough.
  3. The amount of people attacking the guy online because of what he is doing.
