Communication at Senior level

I feel that I have said this so many times that I am becoming bored with myself. But I will repeat this yet one more time, for the people in the back. Senior engineers carry more than just their technical ability. They are as good as solving problems as they are as communicating. It’s not enough to solve a problem, if no else a) knows there is a problem b) clearly understands it. A senior engineer is able to tick those two boxes. But what we value in the industry is high output of code, with little concern about anything else.
