Diary

I have now started a weekly diary at work. Putting on the paper what’s happening, what can be improved and other things that are reserved for a more private setting. I did the same at Prolific and it lasted for two months. It was good to look at things that happened and reflect on them. It was also quite eye opening to read about things that were deeply bothering and that after a few weeks were inconsequential. The truth of the matter is that the most stressful moments in my career never lasted for more than a week. With this tiny thought, when I am faced with a new challenge, I put it in perspective with everything that I have been through. A diary is a good reminder.
