Hiring is still hard

I am planning a post about how our recruitment went for the past two months. Suffice to say is that even though there’s a lot more talent, hiring is perhaps even more difficult than it was before the big wave of layoffs. I have some hypothesis, but I want to go into that when we are done hiring a frontend engineer.
