The best TED talk I saw is this one from Ricardo Semler. He talks about a few different topics. The one that stuck was about the opposite of work. People might think about leisure - and I would too before watching that talk. But Ricardo makes a point that even leisure can be busy. Keep up with schedules, going from one place to another. It’s still work. He then mentions idleness.
Every time I am gazing at rain falling against a window, or walking in a forest I remember Ricardo’s words.
