Product churn
A SaaS product, either B2C or B2B, needs to do these two things:
- The price (or price tiers) should be clear and easy to find.
- Free tiers are ideal (e.g. severe limitations or time trial), but optional.
- It shouldn’t require any handholding to try the service.
- Any interaction with a human is a hurdle, because it requires a syncing point of some nature.
Failure to do one of these two things leads to churn.
