Product churn

A SaaS product, either B2C or B2B, needs to do these two things:

  1. The price (or price tiers) should be clear and easy to find.
    1. Free tiers are ideal (e.g. severe limitations or time trial), but optional.
  2. It shouldn’t require any handholding to try the service.
    1. Any interaction with a human is a hurdle, because it requires a syncing point of some nature.

Failure to do one of these two things leads to churn.
