Shattered Trust

On three occasions I talked about trust. First as a general introduction. The second time about building it. And finally a situation that breaks it. In all three occasions I didn’t consider the tipping point where trust is shattered - and no amount of effort can fix it. There are multiple ways of reaching this point, but for the two times I observed this phenomenon it happens because of multiple repeated actions - rather than one single blow.

There’s not much to do once one reaches this point. The question is: can you still do your job effectively?
