With things like micro-management, knee-jerk reactions and other non-productive behaviours. The question is therefore, once trust is broken, what happens during the good times?

I have spoken a bit of my first year at Babylon and how poor my performance was. What I witnessed after having a bad moment with one of my engineers, is that victories were awkward. They didn’t feel like we were on the same side. Rather two individuals with a mutual interest in the same outcome, but had nothing else in common. It’s sad.
